From Scott Hefty: “The West Metro Veterans Fair (WMVF) is now in its 5th year. This event originally started out as a grass-roots endeavor in 2013. It was developed by the City of Lakewood to provide an informative forum for veterans and their family members. Navy Vietnam Veteran Cliff Fejfar
One of the many joys of participating with Star Spangled Boomerang has been and continues to be the incredible people whom we have met. Many Veterans who have served continue to lead by holding the torch for their fellow Veterans and their country. Navy Vietnam Veteran Cliff Fejfar is a shining example of this way of life.

Greetings from Scott Hefty,
To everybody who has agreed to participate in the 2016 West Metro Veterans Fair (WMVF) – THANK YOU! We have 39 non-profits on this year’s vendor list which is a new record for us. Speaking of records, if we want to increase the number of WMVF attendees from 2015 we need everybody to pitch in and help spread the word by posting posters, handing out rack cards, posting WMVF information on your social media websites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and in your newsletters as well as sharing this information with any veterans or other non-profits you are in contact with in order to get the word out to our veteran community.
